procedures, recycling programs and saving our environment.

Terry's expertise is not limited to the soaps and janitorial field. He has also
lectured on topics like how to provide excellent customer service, first impressions count
and how to market yourself and your business. Terry has an extensive amount of
computer background, having written and coded his own programs in the 80's and he is
presently the president and webmaster of another company he started, Web Wise World Inc.
